What is KROPS agri mobile app?

KROPS agri mobile app is an online marketplace for agricultural products - fruits, vegetables, livestock, dairy, poultry, fish and even fertilizers etc. KROPS is a rich source of Buyers and Sellers of these commodities.

Krops puts an entire network of farmers and like-minded people at your fingertips. The network is composed of buyers, sellers, and potential markets, thus allowing users to buy affordable goods or make a profit out of farming.

KROPS brings a wealthy benefit to both farmers and the farming industry without the need of middlemen. Our agri mobile app eases the burden of farmers on finding buyers at competitive prices.

How do I get the KROPS agri mobile app?

If you have an Android smartphone with 4.2 or later, you can download the app for free from the Google Play Store.

Can I use KROPS agri mobile app on desktop or on the web?

KROPS agri mobile app is not currently available on desktop, the web, iOS or iPhones, Windows Phone. However, we do consider other platforms as we expand.

How do I get notifications from KROPS agri mobile app?

Once you download the app, you must create an account. It’s free and so easy!

Tap Sign Up an account as a BUYER or as a SELLER. You need an e-mail address and a unique password to Sign in. To update profile, put in address and contact information. Tap Submit Registration.

You also must agree to allow KROPS to send you push notifications.

How can I search for buyers?

Once you download the app, you must create an account. It’s free and so easy!

From KROPS Homescreen, at the search bar, find any agricultural products - food crops, livestock, poultry, dairy, fish, fruits and vegetables, forest products etc. Tap Search for Buyer.

Registered listings can be viewed as seen on a Map or simply a List which you can Sort by price and nearest location. Filter by distance and date availability.

How can I search for sellers?

KROPS agri mobile app is currently rolling out in the Philippine Islands, considered as an agricultural juggernaut! As we grow together with the local farmers and farming industry, we are looking at expanding globally. Philippines first, then the world.

Why don’t I see certain agricultural products in KROPS agri mobile app?

Quality & Logistic

How do I know that I will receive a quality product?

With our instant messaging features built-in the KROPS app, you may directly send a message to the seller/buyer about the quality of the products. We will not be held liable for poor quality of products being sold. Additionally, there are photos and details of the product included in the description that supports the integrity of the products purchased through the app.

Is there a guarantee?

Any product purchased from us through our app will, on delivery, conform with its description, be of satisfactory quality, and be reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of that kind are commonly supplied.

Feedback & Disputes

Help! I'm experiencing server failure.

If you're still seeing a server trouble error message in the app, there are a few other things that might be going on:

Your phone may have lost connectivity to the Internet or data
The app had a temporary error accessing for information. This can happen if we are continuously building on improvements. If you get this error repeatedly, you can usually retry in a few hours and get results.
